Description

This is our first album, released in 2013. As the title suggests, it reflects the heritage of whale fishing, including the tale of Memiadluk and Uckaluk, the ill-fated Inuit couple who were brought to Hull from Greenland on the Truelove in the mid 1850s, plus the traditional song The Herring’s Head.
